Fire Service HQ, traditional construction with laminated timber roof and profile
sheeting. Phase 2: Refurbishment of 650m² two storey existing offices including
finishes and mechanical/electrical. Raven Architectural Glazing manufactured and
installed thermally broken, aluminium tilt-and-turn windows, polyester powder
coated and sprayed aluminium curtain walling with 64mm styrofoam insulation, and
entrance systems all from the Technal Viking range of profiles.

site. Infrastructure works include new road bridge on piled foindations, new services,
removal of river embankment and diversion of footpath. Construction of two storey
factory with steel portal frame including offices, external works including service
